Winter production is lower, so we size around annual energy use rather than promising steady output in every month. Roof condition and seasonal shade are included in the production model.
Avista serves Sandpoint and offers 1:1 retail net metering in Idaho. Some surrounding addresses are served by Northern Lights, Inc.
